LoveWay Logistics was born out of necessity, resilience, and a deep desire to do business differently. After years working in corporate environments — including the oil and gas industry — our founder experienced repeated layoffs and witnessed firsthand how business decisions were often made without regard for the people doing the work. When another layoff occurred, it became clear that it was time for a new path — one built on independence, purpose, and service. A path that allowed the freedom to work from home, build something sustainable, and create a company that genuinely supports the “small guy” in trucking. As a woman-owned and operated logistics company, LoveWay Logistics was founded with a firm commitment to fairness, transparency, and integrity — principles that continue to guide every decision we make.
